Lumen Studios is a film and video production house with a strong back catalogue and a tired brand. We refreshed the identity, rebuilt the website around their reel, and cut a new showreel to open it.
The website puts the work first: full-bleed video, minimal chrome, and a project index that loads fast even when every entry is a film.
An animated wordmark and restrained typography carry the refreshed brand, and the responsive layout keeps playback smooth from a large studio display down to a phone on set.
We reviewed the full archive and cut a 70-second showreel, then built a small motion system around it — title cards, lower thirds, and transitions that match the new brand. On location we sat in on a shoot to grade the reel against the studio’s real lighting setups, so the online cut matches what clients see in the room.
