Accessibility Statement

Kasel Creative wants www.kaselcreative.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology or keyboard navigation.

1. Standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing part of how we design and build, not a one-off task.

2. What we have done

  • semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page and a logical heading order;
  • keyboard access to interactive elements, with visible focus styles;
  • text and background colours chosen for readable contrast;
  • images that convey meaning carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology;
  • the site is responsive and works when text is enlarged or the layout is zoomed;
  • motion is reduced or removed for visitors whose system is set to “reduce motion”, and non-essential animations can be paused where provided;
  • forms have associated labels and clear error and confirmation messages.

3. Known limitations

Some areas may not yet fully meet our target:

  • embedded third-party content (such as maps or social media) is outside our control and may not be fully accessible;
  • a few older case-study pages and downloadable files have not yet been reviewed to the current standard;
  • some rich background animations, although reduced under “reduce motion”, may still be distracting for some visitors.

We are working to address these.

4. Feedback and getting help

If you have trouble using any part of the Site, or you need information in a different format, please contact us and we will help and use your feedback to improve:

Email: info@kaselcreative.com

We aim to respond within five working days.

5. Enforcement

If you contact us with an accessibility problem and are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the accessibility or equality body responsible in your country.
